प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना के अन्तर्गत दिनांक 05 अगस्त को जनपद की सभी उचित दर की दुकानों से लाभार्थियों को खाद्यान्न का वितरण किया जायेगा। 05 अगस्त को जनपद में अन्न महोत्सव मनाया जायेगा जिसमें सभी राशन की दुकानों से जनप्रतिनिधियों की उपस्थित में खाद्यान्न का वितरण किया जायेगा।
जिलाधिकारी श्री आनन्द कुमार सिंह ने उपरोक्त जानकारी अन्न महोत्सव कार्यक्रम की तैयारियों की समीक्षा हेतु जिलाधिकारी कैम्प कार्यालय में सम्पन्न बैठक में देते हुए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये हैं कि उपरोक्त कार्यक्रम की सभी आवश्यक तैयारियां सम्बन्धित अधिकारी समय से पूर्ण करना सुनिश्चित करें। श्री सिंह ने नोडल अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये हैं कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्र की दुकानों पर सभी तैयारियां समय से कराना सुनिश्चित करें तथा लाभार्थियों को कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग करने के लिए आमंत्रित किया जाये। आमंत्रित किये जाने वाले लाभार्थियों में ऐसे लाभार्थियों को वरीयता प्रदान की जाए जिन्हें प्रथमवार इस योजना के अन्तर्गत खाद्यान्न प्राप्त हो रहा है।
जिलाधिकारी ने जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी को निर्देश दिये हैं कि ऐसे स्थान का चयन किया जाये जहां बारिस के कारण कोई बाधा उत्पन्न न हो तथा प्रत्येक कार्यक्रम स्थल पर 100 लाभार्थियों के बैठने हेतु कुर्सियों की व्यवस्था की जाए। इसके साथ ही मा0 प्रधानमंत्री जी का उद्बोधन सुनने की व्यवस्था की जाए तथा कोविड प्रोटोकाल का पालन करते हुए खाद्यान्न वितरण सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने निर्देश दिये कि कार्यक्रम आरम्भ होने से एक घण्टे पूर्व उनकों स्थान ग्रहण करा दिया जाए। इसके साथ ही कार्यक्रम स्थलों पर विभिन्न लोक कलाओं से सम्बन्धित सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम भी कराये जायें।
जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देश दिये हैं कि कार्यक्रम में ग्राम स्तरीय कर्मचारियों, स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाओं, आंगनबाडी कार्यकत्रियों/सहायिकाओं की सहभागिता सम्बन्धित विभाग सुनिश्चित करायें। उन्होंने निर्देश दिये कि खाद्यान्न प्राप्त किये जाने हेतु आनेे वाले लाभार्थियों को मास्क पहनना अनिवार्य होगा तथा प्रत्येक दुकान पर सेनेटाइजर अथवा साबुन से हाथ धोेने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करायी जाए। श्री सिंह ने खाद्य विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये हैं कि उचित दर दुकानों पर राज्य सरकार द्वारा उपलब्ध कराये गये झोलों में अनुमन्य मात्रा में खाद्यान्न भरवाकर लाभार्थियों को वितरित किये जाने हेतु पूर्व से तैयार कर लिया जाये। उन्होंने यह भी निर्देश दिये कि प्रत्येक उचित दर दुकान को गुब्बारों, फूल-मालाओं इत्यादि से सुसज्जित कराया जाए।
